
The Hypnoparenting Course
A 4-week online course for parents, helping you understand your brain, why you sometimes feel stressed and overwhelmed, why we sometimes feel that frustration and even rage. AND giving you the tools and techniques to take back control.
The next round starts on Monday 30th November, but you can join this week as a founding member (Until 16th October at 10pm BST). Founding members will get the hypnotherapy MP3 when they sign up and will have a bonus one-to-one session included at a time and date to suit.

I recently took part in Jade’s hypnoparenting course and it’s literally changed my life! I went from being a very stressed and shouty mum to taking time to think before replying which helps everyone. I’m able to better understand how my brain works and what to do to reduce built up stress and I’m taking time for myself every day which is really important as we can easily get caught up in just being a parent and losing a part of ourselves. I’ve started yoga again! Something I’ve wanted to do for a while but ‘never had time’. Now I know how important that time is not only to me but for my family too because a happy mum means a happy family (most of the time!). Even when things get stressful and overwhelming I’m able to manage the situation better and not beat myself up. I can calm down and work out a plan instead. I have found Jade’s hypnoparenting course to be really helpful. At the beginning of the course I was exhausted and suffering from anxiety, and by the end, I am noticeably calmer, happier and more rested.

Hypnoparenting with Jade has been so helpful to me. Having 3 small children I’ve been living on such small amounts of sleep and now the children are (usually) sleeping better I needed help to reset my mind on sleep. Learning about why this is so important and getting a better sleep has really helped me be calmer and more relaxed when coping with my children.
The sessions fit easily around real life and you don’t need to watch them at a set time.

We have an amazing course planned for you, the course is a 4 week course, because it starts on the 30th November, there will be 3 weeks, then a two week break over Christmas and then the final week will be in January.
The course will be a combination of videos to watch in your own time with tools and techniques (you get lifetime access to all of these) and weekly live Q&A and recap sessions online
There are 4 units, similarly to hypnobirthing where we learn about how our body works and how to work with it, we'll be looking at how the brain works, why we sometimes struggle with feeling overwhelmed, stressed, lacking in patience etc. and how to work with out natural instincts instead of triggering these responses.
You can join now as a founding member, what this means is that you'll get access to a relaxation MP3 now, plus some additional bonuses and sneak peaks of the content over the next 6weeks. You are invited to give feedback on any of the content, including the way it's delivered, length etc. what you want more detail on... but there's no obligation to.
As a founding member you will get extra bonus sessions and masterclasses and you get the option of a one to one call at the end of the course either to talk through how to apply everything you've learnt in your day to day life, or as a hypnotherapy session.
