I'm really looking forward to supporting you during this challenge. So many people write off self care because they don't have time, or they don't feel the benefit; it's not just about having the occasional bubble bath!
As a busy mum I understand we need quality over quantity here! Therefore, during the SELF CARE FOR BUSY PARENTS challenge we'll do just that, short periods of time, maximum results.
During this challenge I'll help you understand why it's so important and what you can do to find the things that will really make a difference.
