[And exhale] Let's be honest, it's a difficult time for all of us, our time is limited! As parents we are so focused on doing our best for our wee ones and protecting them from everything going on in the world. But, it's ok to admit that you need support too, because we all do.

The Hypnoparenting Club
This is what you need to continue to implement Hypnoparenting in your life. We all have good intentions, but unless we have regular check ins and sessions we forget to prioritise ourselves.
In the Hypnoparenting Club I will be there to guide you, to cheer you on and to help you focus on taking that one next step (whether that's on working through the course or continuing to implement it), so you can get results and navigate anything life throws your way.
What's Included?
Group Hypnotherapy
Every month we have two group Zoom calls, which you can attend live or watch the replay. Ask questions on the call or in advance.
Here we target any areas where you're stuck and keep your stress bucket under control.
Monthly Content
Each monthly digital content package focuses on a topic from our 8 scaling areas. You'll get a brand new MP3, a PDF guide and a recorded masterclass from a guest expert.
This will help you move forward in that octant, working towards building and maintaining mental health resilience.
Hypnoparenting Library
Access our Hypnoparenting Library, with MP3s and masterclasses you can search for the topic you want support on.

I help parents build long term mental health resilience.
You already know how passionate I am about helping parents build their mental health resilience. Hypnoparenting was something I dreamt about for years before launching the first course in 2019, but I quickly realised that parents wanted support beyond the course. And so The Hypnoparenting Club was born!
As a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, specialising in working with parents I know that life as a parent will throw you all sorts of challenges; we cannot avoid the challenges but we can build our resilience so we can cope with them.
Regular hypnotherapy, reflection and curiosity is key, along with having the community and support when you need it.
And I can't wait for to continue on this journey with you.
