I'm pretty sure the image of birth you have in your head isn't relaxing. I'll show you why it's so important and HOW you really can make this part of birth.

What is a Contraction?
It's an absolute basic piece if info! BUT most people go into labour with little understanding of how their body works. Learning this will helps you work with your body rather than against it.

What really is Hypnosis?
You'll be pleased to know I won't be getting my pocket watch out and swinging it. Instead I'll teach you how self-hypnosis can help in labour.

Relaxation and Fear Release
Relaxation is most people's favourite parts of Hypnobirthing. We'll end the week with a fear releasing relaxation session so you can feel calm and confident.
