Our mission at SONA Mum is to help you prepare for whatever path your birth takes. Hypnobirthing to us is a way to prepare for all types of birth. You will learn how amazing your body really is, understanding how it works in labour so that you can work with it, using breathing techniques and learning to relax deeply.
We will help your birth partner prepare to be a really useful support in labour, and provide time to ask all of the questions you have about pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
Hypnobirthing with SONA Mum is about support for you and your partner, both during class and afterwards – our ongoing support is key to the success of our clients. Our classes are based on logic and evidence, and we’ll make sure we explain why the things we cover are so important.
