During the challenge you'll learn which types of self care really nourish you, as a VIP you can also access our self care masterclasses so you can put your plan into practise.

On Tuesday 11th May, at 7.30pm (UK time), VIPs are invited to join Jade for a group hypnotherapy session on Zoom.
I'll be sharing more about our amazing brain and guiding you through a wonderful stress relieving session.
30min Review with Jade Gordon
The perfect opportunity to review what you've learnt during the challenge. A one to one Zoom call with Jade to help you put an action plan in place going forward.
How the VIP experience works:
- Sign up for the Self Care for Busy Parents Challenge VIP Experience that starts on the 10th May 2021.
- As a VIP you'll get an email invitation to Tuesday evening's Group Hypnotherapy Session, for VIP's.
- You'll get an email to book in your 30min one to one call with Jade too, at a time and date to suit.
- You'll get access to our masterclass library on the 10th May.
